日本近代・現代美術
明治時代以降の日本近代・現代美術を専門とする至峰堂画廊は、展覧会や国際的なアートフェアへの参加を通じて、歴史的な視点と現代との連続性を、より広い東アジアの文脈の中で探求してきました。
ART TAIPEI 2026では、台湾出身のアーティスト・魏嘉（Jia Wei）の個展を中心に、山田啓貴、そして日本の近代洋画をご紹介します。国際的な背景を持ちながら独自の表現を展開する魏嘉の作品と、日本文化の中で育まれてきた洋画表現。その異なる時間と感性が交差する展示をお楽しみください。
SHIHODO Gallery specializes in Japanese modern and contemporary art from the Meiji period onward, exploring the continuity between past and present within the broader context of East Asia through exhibitions and international art fairs.
At ART TAIPEI 2026, our presentation centers on a solo exhibition by Taiwan-born artist Wei Jia, alongside works by Keiki Yamada and selected examples of modern Japanese yōga (Western-style painting). We invite you to discover the dialogue between Wei Jia’s contemporary practice and the traditions of modern Japanese painting.
至峰堂畫廊專注於明治時期以來的日本近現代美術，透過策劃展覽與參與國際藝術博覽會，在更廣闊的東亞脈絡中，探索歷史視角與當代之間的延續性。

台湾・台北出身のアーティスト、魏嘉（Jia Wei）。
繊細な色彩と独自の空間構成から生まれる魏嘉の作品には、個人の記憶や都市生活の体験が静かに息づいています。鮮やかな色彩と有機的なフォルムが見る者の感覚や記憶に働きかけ、独自の絵画世界を生み出しています。

Painting Memory in the Language of Tradition
北海道苫小牧市生まれ。
油彩とテンペラを重ねる古典的な技法を用い、幼少期の記憶や日々の暮らしと結びついた身近なモチーフを描きます。静物に宿る個人的な記憶を、確かな存在感をもつ絵画へと変えていきます。
Born in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, Keiki Yamada works with a classical technique of layering oil paint and tempera. Drawing on childhood memories and everyday life, he transforms familiar objects into paintings with a quiet yet tangible presence.
山田啓貴出生於北海道苫小牧市。
他以層疊油彩與蛋彩的古典技法，描繪與童年記憶及日常生活緊密相連的熟悉題材。透過繪畫，他將寄寓於靜物之中的個人記憶，轉化為具有鮮明存在感的畫面。

Modern Japanese yōga｜近代洋画
明治以降、日本の画家たちは西洋絵画の技法を学びながら、日本独自の感性と視点を取り入れた「洋画」を築いてきました。
本展では、石川欽一郎、児島善三郎らの作品を通して、日本近代洋画が育んできた多様な表現をご紹介します。現代作家の作品とあわせて、時代を超えて受け継がれる絵画のまなざしをお楽しみください。
From the Meiji period onward, Japanese painters embraced Western painting techniques while developing a distinct visual language rooted in their own culture and sensibilities.
Through selected works by artists including Kinichiro Ishikawa and Zenzaburo Kojima, this section explores the diversity of modern Japanese yōga and its continuing dialogue with contemporary painting.
自明治時期以來，日本畫家在學習西方繪畫技法的同時，也融入自身的感性與視角，逐步形成獨具日本特色的「洋畫」。
本展透過石川欽一郎、兒島善三郎等藝術家的作品，介紹日本近代洋畫所孕育出的多樣表現。並與當代藝術家的作品並置，邀請您感受跨越時代延續至今的繪畫視角。
