宮本三郎「裸婦」8M 油彩
宮本三郎「裸婦」8M 油彩安井曽太郎（1888-1955）、宮本三郎（1905-1974）、鴨居玲（1928-1985）の三作家の展示をいたします。
それぞれ宮本は安井に師事し、鴨居は宮本に師事しました。宮本の初期の作品は、安井の影響が色濃く反映されており、師への憧れや敬意を感じさせます。後期になると宮本独自の華やかな世界観を広げていきました。一方、宮本と鴨居はともに石川県出身で、鴨居は金沢美術工芸専門学校の第一期生として宮本の下で絵を学びます。華やかな宮本の作風とは対照的に、鴨居はドラマチックで情緒に訴えかける強烈な作品を描き上げました。その鴨居は、後に安井の名を冠した安井賞を受賞します。尊敬する師からの学びをもとに、独自の表現を開花させた三作家の作品をお楽しみください。
The three artists we focus on are from a lineage of artists and protégés – Rey Kamoy(1928-1985) studied painting under Saburo Miyamoto(1905-1974), whom in turn had studied under Sotaro Yasui(1888-1955).
The noticeable influence of Yasui’s style in Miyamoto’s early works is evidence of the young artist’s aspirations, as well as immense respect towards his mentor.
His style eventually developed in his later years, demonstrating a vivid, glamorous worldview.
Miyamoto and Kamoy were both from the west-coast province of Ishikawa, and Kamoy was one of Miyamoto’s pupils from the first class of the Kanazawa College of Art.
As opposed to Miyamoto’s colourful and flamboyant depictions, Kamoy created works which were drastic as they were expressively compelling. Kamoy went on to win the Yasui Award, which had been created in honour of Yasui’s -his teacher’s teacher’s- legacy.
We invite you to explore the journeys of these three artists as they learned from their esteemed teachers and continued to develop each of their own unique expressions.
預計展出三位作家的作品，安井曽太郎（1888-1955）、宮本三郎（1905-1974）、鴨居玲（1928-1985）。
各別為宮本師從安井，鴨居師從宮本。宮本的初期作品，濃厚地反映出深受安井的影響，讓人感受到其對於師長的憧憬與敬意。到了後期，擴展為宮本獨特的華麗世界觀。另一方面，宮本與鴨居同為出身於石川縣，鴨居做為金澤美術工藝專門學校的第一期學生，在宮本門下習畫。與華麗的宮本作風形成鮮明對比，鴨居以戲劇性的表現來訴諸情緒，完成其強烈特色的作品。鴨居後來也得到以安井所冠名的安井奬。從尊敬的師長所學習到的心得為基礎，進而開花結果形成獨特的自我表現的三位藝術家，敬請觀賞他們的作品。
